David is a central PA native with experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as the rental market. In addition to real estate, David has a deep and unique background in the home improvement and construction industry. During his time as a Senior Project Manager with one of the largest building materials suppliers in the US, he has negotiated and executed over 1000 contracts totaling in excess of $10 million in revenue while placing in the top 5% in the nation for customer satisfaction. David’s customer scores were his crowning achievement as they were the true indicator for how he set his expectations and delivered to his clients. He has assisted in obtaining over 600 construction loans for customers and understands how to properly incorporate budgets into large purchasing decisions. David is adept at marketing to a wide variety of home values, regions and demographics and excels working in highly competitive markets.
Outside of business, David and his wife Candice are self proclaimed “cat herders (parent of 2 young children)” and spend their time with family activities like soccer practices, kayaking, going to the creek, trips to the beach and whatever they can get into. David has a wood shop, still works on his car so he has an excuse to buy tools and enjoys the outdoors.
